Eric Miller is the owner of Miller Music. He is an award-winning composer with 30 years experience as an accomplished musician and music educator. Eric holds a B.M. in Film Scoring from the Berklee College of Music.
As a music educator, Eric enjoys working with students of all ages, levels, and backgrounds. He creates a fun, “you can do it” environment, bringing to his teaching the highest level of support and respect for his students.
Eric personally tailors each lesson to the student’s needs, interests, and pace while challenging them to improve their musical abilities. Eric is also an adjunct professor at Tunxis Community College in Farmington, CT, where he teaches music, production, and guitar.
As a composer, Eric has written music for over two hundred productions, ranging from educational programs and commercials to music for websites and multimedia. Most recently, Eric has combined his passion for teaching with songwriting and recording by making regular YouTube videos and online courses for students worldwide.
Additionally, Eric serves on the music worship team at Graceway Church in Plainville, CT. Eric has also released several independent music albums under his name and with his band, True North Rising. You can hear his music on all streaming platforms.

Lynn Tracey – Guitar
Lynn Tracey, graduate Summa Cum Laude of Manchester Community College A. A. in Music Studies, and State Certification in Recreation Therapy, and graduate (High Honors Award )of the Hartford Conservatory School of Performing Arts – Jazz Studies – Accredited Certification Program, has been performing mainly in the CT scene since 1998.
She performs in a variety of groups including genres of Bossanova, Jazz, Rock, Blues and Pop., Big Band, & Musicals. Lynn has had the pleasure of performing with local greats including Nicki Mathis, Jocelyn Pleasant, Joe Carter, HannaH’s Field, Cat Sullivan and many more, and has also shared the stage with David Stoltz, Walt Gwardyak, Alvin Carter Jr. and Alvin Carter Sr., and other phenomenal musicians.
Lynn has also toured in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, WA, with HannaH’s Field, and plans on returning for a solo tour in the future. Lynn has also worked as a state-certified Recreation Therapist for ten years, and continues to share her love of music with many communities in long-term and short-term care settings. as a now full-time musician. Lynn has been a guitar instructor since 2001 and is currently accepting new students.
Michael Stubblefield – Guitar
Composer, guitarist, and teacher Michael Stubblefield was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Michael began his professional studies in music at Diablo Valley Community college where he studied music theory and composition with Mark Alburger and Owen Lee, guitar with Mark Simons, and piano with Bruce Cook and Virginia Bigelow.
He earned his BA and MA degrees in music from California State University, East Bay where he studied music composition and theory with Jeffrey Miller, Frank La Rocca, and Daniel Highman, and classical guitar with Marc Teicholz.
During his graduate studies at CSUEB, Michael was a graduate teaching associate for the music department and was awarded the 2015 Glenn Glasow Graduate Fellowship in Music Composition. Currently, Michael is a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate in music composition at the Hartt School, the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut, where he has studied with Robert Carl, David Macbride, and Ken Steen.
His musical style can be described as a blend between Dmitri Shostakovich and heavy metal music, in addition to Igor Stravinsky, Béla Bartók, Arvo Pärt, Edgard Varese, J.S. Bach, and Krzysztof Penderecki. Michael’s music has received numerous performances across the Bay Area and at the Hartt School, and he has worked with the Redshift Ensemble, Opus Project Ensemble, Cygnus Ensemble, CSUEB New Music Ensemble, Hartt Orchestra, and Hartt Composers Ensemble among others.
His experience as teacher ranges from private studio teaching on guitar, piano, and voice, to classroom teaching at the collegiate level, teaching courses in History of Rock and Roll and first semester Music Theory and Ear Training.
Kate Thomas – Voice
Kate Thomas is a professional voice over artist, actress, and pre-k teacher originally from Long Island, NY. Kate has done musical theatre since the young age of 8 (when she directed and produced Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in her backyard) and has been honing her performance skills ever since.
She has performed as a violinist with her high school orchestra in Italy and China, and as an alto with her University Chorale in Ireland, Budapest, and Vienna. Kate has a Theatre Arts degree from Boston College and over the years has trained in voice with industry professionals such as John Finney, Denise Puccio, Chris York, and Melissa Medina.
She even spent a year working in entertainment at Disney World and then directing and teaching youth theatre in Boston! After recently moving to Farmington she has become involved with the Theatre Guild of Simsbury and continues to be a passionate patron of the arts. Her love for singing is second to none and she can’t wait to get started and help young performers build their voices!
